This product usually gets to work within 30 minutes. I don’t use it very often but it’s definitely what I reach for when I get a bad headache!

I have used this brand religiously in the past whenever I was sick and pain tried was almost instant. I'm not really a medication person

Excedrein is the only product the relives my headaches most times. Advil and Tylenol no longer work on my headaches. I used this 3x per months. 

This is a literal lifesaver! When I have a tension or caffine headache I take 2 of these and within 30 minutes my headache is gone

These help with bad headaches. If i have a headache in the morning these help because they have caffeine in them

Works well at first, but wears off quickly. I tend to like generic brands just as much and that way you can save a few bucks. Not bad though.

I get really bad hormonal headaches and this is the only thing that can touch them. I love these. They are a life saver.

Not a bad product for headaches but did not really do what i needed for other soreness and pains. Did not meet up to my expectations. 

Good stuff. And the addition of caffeine helps as well. I've used this for a year or more now and will continue.

When I can't get my headache to go away during my time of the month I use this and it is gone faster then using goody powder
