The extra strength is super effective. I think the amount you get in the bottle is worth the price considering how well they work. Overall Excedrin is a brand I trust and will continue to come back to because it works and as long as it maintains that effectiveness it will always be worth it.

Excederin is my go to pain relief when all others fail. It works effectively and doesn't take as long as some other pain relief medications. I'm not big on taking medication but when I do I like to go to one that'll help me from the start like this product does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big fan of Excedrin migraine, with big weather changes, heavy snow or rain I get major migraines and the Excedrin migraine is great at helping me through them. This is great for a headache that doesn’t seem to be breaking or is just right on the edge of a migraine. I like this a lot because unlike Excedrin migraine, which you can only take two every 24 hours, this is like any other headache pill and can take 2 every 6 hours if needed. I will keep taking this and will buy it myself in the future.

I was on a road trip and began to have a splitting headache (loud kids in the backseat for over an hour can do that to you). The gas station we stopped out had no tylonel. There was just this. I was very surprised how fast the ache was eliminated. It made the rest of the drive much more comfortable.

Life saver yesterday. My husband came home with some sort of horrible sickness a few days ago and I thought I was in the clear but acquired it yesterday. My brain felt like it was too big for my skull and it hurt SO BAD. I popped two of these with a glass of water and 10 minutes later I was able to run errands and drive around. FAST AND EFFECTIVE.

Once it does, the pain is so much less and I can go on with my life without feeling like my head is going to explode. No other OTC medicine even comes to helping like Excedrin does
