Within 20 minutes my headache was reduced by 90%. That is fast acting and effective. I was working on a computer for 7 hours so if you are in a situation like that you know the importance of having a product that works. It came with 100 caplets in a bottle. A little too big to carry in my purse but great for the medicine cabinet. I don’t smell a scent from the pills and it comes in a green and white box. Glad to have a new go to for relief. NSAID and Aspirin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Excedrin Extra Strength Pain Relief Caplets for Headache Relief and I tried it for the first time the day after I got it. I took two tablets and it worked. Mind you I get headaches a lot and I have tried numerous over he counter meditation with no luck. My sister swore but these and after the last two times I took them I won’t use anything else. Within 5-10 mins my headache was gone. Comes in a bottle that’s child proof. 100, 260 mg caplets. I wanted to try this Excedrin but I always got let down but this product works and works for my weekly headaches. It’s bad but I have a history of them and nothing helps but my prescription until now. It’s nice to have a medication that works that isn’t always prescribed. (Over the counter)

Works great. I go through a lot of different pills because I get frequent headaches & after a while certain pills don't seem to work. For the time being these are what I use, & they get rid of the pain within 5 minutes or less. Don't know what I'm going to do if these ever stop working because I've used every Excedrin brand there is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t tried it yet however my mother has. The pill is easy to take, the quality of the pill justifies the cost, it works very well and stayed true to its name! Packaging is nice, not potent smell and overall a powerful product!

Excedrin is literally the only thing that takes away my headaches. I always have it in the house and make sure to take it with me wherever I go. I don’t use it often because it is harsher on the stomach than, say, Tylenol, but when the headache is there, you have to use what works, and this does.

It does its job well, acts quickly and effectively. Take it strictly after meals. Available in any store for reasonable prices. They sent me a huge package that will last a long time.
