[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that this was extra strength. It kicked in within 30 minutes and definitely helped. I like that the pills are also on the smaller end and easier to take.

I feel like this is the most effective medicine for getting rid of my headaches. It must be the caffeine. I also like these because they don't upset my stomach like so many other pain pills. 

Love the gel tabs. They seem to work the most fast. I get much better headache relief from this rather than all over pain relievers. Effective. I don't have severe headaches but it works for my mild headaches.

These are a life saver. I do not have migraines, but this is the only thing that will touch my headaches. I carry it with me and have some at home. I like that it’s easy to find in stores. I can take it and within a few minutes, I have some relief.

I always have some in my bag. When I have a headache coming on I have two of these and lay down. My headache will be gone shortly after. I always have some on my for myself or anyone who has a headache.

These lills are a surefire way to get rid of my headaches. I only drink two and within a few minutes I feel relief. I've tried other but they don't comoare to this.

i used this a couple of times and both times they just seemed to not be effective for me. they also gave me an upset tummy. i dont recommend. it was a waste to me
