Only thing that helps when I have a headache anymore. Ibuprofen doesn't seem to cut it. Very effective and the caffeine in the medicine doesn't affect me as I am finally able to get sleep after I take this medicine.

This is my go to for headaches, this product is the only product that actually works and takes my headaches away, no other product seems to be strong enough to stop the pain and keep it away. It is pricey but it’s worth it.

Works well for headaches. The caffeine definitively helps and it is quick relief. I don't enjoy taking medicine often but when I really need something I go to this. Would purchase any time for headache relief.
