I love this for that time of the month. It’s the only time I actually take this stuff but it treats my symptoms so well. For this particular product I never my generic. I find the generic isn’t as effective

Excedrin Extra Strength is the ONLY thing that helps my headaches when I have one. Other pain relievers just do not have the power Excedrin does. Highly recommend this to anyone next time a painful headache rolls around.
