[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are actually great. I get really, really gnarly tension headaches, and these work pretty well as long as I take them early enough in the day because of the caffeine.

I often use this since I am a student, it usually works pretty quickly other times I think there are other factors that keep it from working but more often than not it helps my headaches

This product clears up my headaches right away! I love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone with headaches that are hard to get rid of.

Both my husband and I keep this product always nearby. The mix of Tylenol and aspirin is perfect and it’s always quick to knock out a headache for both of us. A must for quick headache relief!!!!!!!!!!!!

Life saver for any head or body aches. Has a bit of caffeine so not recommended for evening or night time use but if you’re having a rough morning because you slept in a bad position this will fix you up and get you going quickly.
