[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had headaches that were near impossible to get rid of and Excedrin extra strength is very effective to fight them off. It helped my headaches go away fast. It is definitely worth the money.

I don't suffer from migraines, I actually take Excedrin for period cramps. Excedrin has the same exact make up as Midol, but costs way less, you get way more, and it works better. I couldn't ask for more.

I work in NICU so constantly hear beeping from monitors and pumps and crying babies. This gets rid of any headaches, aches, etc that I may have from my 12 hour days!

I take this on days when I have really bad headaches. Work really well. Only take them in the morning/mid day because they have caffeine. Very effective against bad headaches

Works like candy! I take two and wait about 10 minutes and then BOOM my headache is gone! It’s the only thing that works for me and I use it when I get headaches! I’d recommend it!

I love love love this product I get these really bad neck pains kinda like a stiff beck so bad to were I can't move my neck and after taking a couple of these it's like a miracle I feel great again this is my main go to pain pill

I love this medicine when a have a really bad headache. I use it once or twice a week and it has me feeling better very fast. It always helps me when I'm feeling sick. I'll buy this again for sure as soon as I run out!
