By far the best over the counter pain reliever I have ever used, from headaches to body aches. The caffeine aspect was not noticeably an issue with me even though I am caffeine sensitive.

I absolutely love Excedrin extra strength! I rarely get headaches, but when I do I take this and it goes away in minutes. It has instant and long last relief. It met all my expectations, satisfied me overall, and I 100% recommend this product!

It’s the only thing that kicks a headache as it’s coming on. Works almost every time. I do wish the pills were sugar coated, but they really aren’t bad at all to swallow. Overall I love this and would for sure repurchase.

A little pricey but definitely worth it. If I have a really bad headache, this is my go-to pain reliever. It works almost instantly and it’s not too rough on my stomach like some pain relievers are.

This works better than most over the counter pain relievers. It does not have NSAID in this which is what i am allergic to in other brands like advil or alieve.
