The only thing that works for me I've tried everything over the counter and nothing else Works besides this I don't think you could improve it I would definitely recommend it it's affordable and works wonders yes I would recommend

It works like any other pain reliever and doesn't make me drowsy. I use it when I get headaches. I like it, I don't like taking pain relievers that much but when I do I usually take this one as I feel it is the most effective overall. 

This is works great on my headaches. Sometimes Advil does not take care of it but this works every time! It's very easy to find and inexpensive! I keep this on hand!

I don't suffer from migraines, I actually take Excedrin for period cramps. Excedrin has the same exact make up as Midol, but costs way less, you get way more, and it works better. I couldn't ask for more.

This works like magic but be careful not to take on an empty stomach. It contains caffeine which can give you the jitters if you didn’t each something prior!

I use Exedrin for more significant headaches and it is very effective. It can be found at most drugstores and grocery stores and is superior to other headaches remedies. I would recommend to someone with more significant headache.
