This has gotten me through so many headaches while at school. I get headaches often, so my mom left this with me before saying bye for the semester. Such a life (and head) saver!!! Pick some up if you get bad headaches.

I don’t use pain killers often but I keep them around for my husband and I occasionally use it when I have a persistent ache. This usually helps and then I start kicking myself, wondering why I haven’t taken it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This painkiller is good for general, dull pains. I drink a lot of caffeine, so I don't feel that it enhances the painkiller effects. I still prefer ibuprofen/acetaminophen over NSAID.

This pain reliever works wonders but for someone like me who is sensitive to caffeine I don't take this very often or else I can't sleep at night. Overall it will help relieve the pain
