[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I have a headache, the first thing I reach for is my bottle of Excedrin Extra Strength. There are other brands on the market, but nothing beats Excedrin, period!

I was given a pack of these and would probably never buy them myself as I think Advil, Ibuprofen or tylenol work better. They are a little bit pricier than a normal pain reliever so I normally just buy something else.

I love love love this product I get these really bad neck pains kinda like a stiff beck so bad to were I can't move my neck and after taking a couple of these it's like a miracle I feel great again this is my main go to pain pill

I love this medicine when a have a really bad headache. I use it once or twice a week and it has me feeling better very fast. It always helps me when I'm feeling sick. I'll buy this again for sure as soon as I run out!

This stuff works super amazing for headaches! I like that it has a small dose of caffeine with each pill. It's cost effective and does exactly what it says it will do! I only us this or Ibuprofen for headaches.
