I get a lot of headaches, for unknown reasons and this is the only medicine that actually works. I swear by it! Its kinda pricey unfortunately! But when nothing else works what can you do? I would definitely recommend!

Only thing that truly helps my headaches. The little bit of caffeine helps so much. I'm not up all night even if I take it in the afternoon. I love this stuff so much I will continue to purchase forever.

Lots of pain killers usually don't work for me but this does! When I'm on my period I get very mad cramps but when I use these, within 30 minutes the pain starts to go away. Definitely will buy again.

I keep this brand in stock. I have prescription medication for migraines that I rely on, but there is no better than Excedrin Extra Strength for daily headaches

I don't get headaches that often but my husband does, and this is our go to product!  A bottle will always be found in my purse and in my medicine cabinet.  It truly does the job for headache relief.

I have to say that after trying all brands of pain relievers for a headache the one I find works the best and quickest is Excedrin extra strength. This is my go to and am never without.

Works great and fast. I use this product all the time for headaches and body pain. Doesn't at all make me feel sleepy. The price is good, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this to anyone.

This is one of the only things that knocks out a headache for me. Works better than ibuprofen in my opinion and doesn't upset my stomach. The caffeine is a bonus.

I get migraine headaches from time to time, and if I take an excedrin at the first sign of a headache, it will stop it in it in it's tracks. Even if I wait a little longer before taking it, it'll relieve the headache within about 30 minutes.
