Love excedrin. It’s a great product. It helps with my worst headaches. When Advil doesn’t kill the headache, this product can! Everyone needs to use this and try it. It’s the best!

I get really bad headaches and backaches, and this stuff makes me forget about them within 15 minutes. I don't use it often, but it's so strong that it completely takes my pain away. Very effective, and I'd highly recommend it.

I use this product often. However sometimes it is hard to find. I prefer this when I have a headache that I can't seem to shake. The price is decent. I will continue to purchase this item.

Excedrin is my go to for all aches, pains, and headaches! It even helped when I got my wisdom teeth pulled more than the medicine the dentist prescribed me! I would recommend this to anyone in need of a reliable pain reliever!

These work well if you are not constantly taking pain pills. They definitely work, but I think it has more to do with a placebo effect. I would recommend them for MILD back pain or a mild headache, but I wouldn't go as far as "extra strength".

This is the only thing that helps me when I get a bad headache brewing. I know that I can take this and be able to function within the hour. It generally only takes two to zap away my headache. I will always buy this.
