I have always used Excedrin for pain relief because it also contains caffeine. It helps with headaches and that what I use it for mostly. But I have always used this above any other pain killer because it works best for me.

Excedrin Extra Strength I have TMJ and also grind my teeth pretty bad when I'm stressed or anxious. Therefore, I get horrible tension headaches. These are the only thing that truly gets rid of headaches.
