[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing works like this does in relieving my headaches. After taking these, it was gone within the hour. I normally have to take 2 doses before relief, but this was effective and fast acting.

I’ve only taken these a few times as I have not been a regular buyer. However these seemed to really help my headache and did not upset my stomach like most ibuprofens do. I will be purchasing this product in the future.

This is one of the only products I can typically always count on to relieve my headaches, regardless of the type of headache it is. It's my go-to when the headache gets the best of me and I absolutely must take something

Love excedrin extra strength. It works fast and I also like that it has caffeine. I find this to be one of the best and quickest ways to get rid of a headache. 

My go to pain medication for when I get a headache. I never really used Excedrin but if you want something that works fast this is your medication to go to. I normally take ibprofen but when it comes to headaches this works wonders

For some reason excedrin, even though the ingredients are similar to Advil /ibuprofen-- this stuff is the only thing that really gives me the relief I need !
