[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely swear by this product. Excedrin is my go to for extremely strong headaches-almost migraine like. They work like magic… within 15-30 minutes it subsides any pain and helps relieve it.

The only kind of aspirin we buy at our household is this one. Effective yet does not leave you groggy like other over the counter medications. Since first time we purchased we have been gong back to it always. We most definetly will stick to it!

I suffer from frequent headaches and if I don't have Ibuprofen I'll use this and it works just as well but not as long So this would be my second choice for sure

This is great for caffeine headaches. I use this whenever I have head pain and it works in about 30 minutes to an hour. It's my go to medicine and better then any other pain killer I've used.

My. Mother. LOVES These! Once I tried it and it took away my headache real fast. At tge time I never got headaches so when I did get one it was bad. This worked so fast.

This works like magic but be careful not to take on an empty stomach. It contains caffeine which can give you the jitters if you didn’t each something prior!

These work very well however you can't take them when you're on a prescription migraine medicine. They are great if you just have a regular headache, but I would not recommend these if you have a migraine.

Always works, the first time. I swear by this. Helps with my headaches, even the severe ones within 20 min. And when it comes to a headache... Every second counts.
