I often body aches and regular headaches, so my go to medicine is always Excedrin. I can find it in any drug store, and I know it will not let me down. It is quick and effective, I give it a 10/10

This works better than most over the counter pain relievers. It does not have NSAID in this which is what i am allergic to in other brands like advil or alieve.

Going to the gym every day means I’m inevitably sore (and sometimes tired!) when I can’t afford the tiring lack of oxygen that accompanies ibuprofen, I rely heavily on my excedrin to give me a boost of caffeine while diminishing my pain.

This is amazing for quick relieve . Good price just don't before going to bed or you will be up all night . Bit you can get the cheaper one that has the same effect.

This product works ok. You have to take too many to get it to knock out a migraine. It works for normal headaches but even then it takes too long to work. You are better off getting a different product.

I keep these handy in my purse. Exceeding Etta Strength kicks away my headache within minutes. I would def recommend this product if you get those irritating stress headaches. Only one does the job for me.
