Excedrin always helps get rid of my headaches fast. I tried using other pain killers but they just don't work as fast or as long as excedrin does. Very effective.

OK so I should literally own stocks in this company. I use it for my occasional headache but boyfriend suffers from sever frequent headaches and this is the only product that works. We recommend it to everyone.
