Only thing that helps my cluster headaches. I’ve tried so many different headache relievers and this one is the best for me. Can be purchased at any local grocery or pharmacy. Would definitely recommend.

This is usually what I reach for when I feel a headache coming on. The caffeine gives it the extra boost. I don't take this very often, though, as it can upset your stomach.
