Would say this is the best is its class to get rid of my headaches. Feel like it’s not a go to for everyone but if I feel the need to take anything I would grab these.

Only pain killer I personally take. I take it anytime I need to, roughly once a week. I think it's very effective. Find it anywhere that sells over the counter medicine.

I find that excedrin does the trick when I'm having a headache. It works pretty quickly. I'm not too sure if it's because it has a bit of caffeine in its dose or not but I'm not complaining. Pretty reasonable price.
