I have been using Excedrin Extra Strength for several months. Of all the over the counter products, I can rely on Excedrin to alleviate my headaches and muscle and joint pain. It's the best.

I’m not sure why I like this so much but my friend always used to give me some for a headache and they always help . I think they contain caffeine so maybe that’s why they help but they do and I’ll always tAke them
