These work really fast to relieve a headache. They contain caffeine . This means they work really fast. However this also means it will keep you awake. Not ideal to take these at night. Overall they work really good though.

I tried this based on a recommendation from a friend when I had a severe headache and it lessened it faster than anything else I've tried. It's now my go-to. Any time I take something else, I'm reminded why I love this- it just works better.

Excedrin extra strength is perfect for those unbearable pounding headaches. It always helps my headache pain. I definitely recommend this product if you get a lot of headaches. It is affordable and effective.

Excedrin is the only pain relief medication that relieves my headaches. Nothing works quite the same, and I always have a bottle in my purse for those emergencies!

I swear by this medication! I get horrible headaches to he point I cannot even stand to hear sound or see light. Within 45 minutes of taking the medication I have improved symptoms. It's truly a life saver!
