I believe the Excedrin extra strength is the best pain reliever out there although I don't take medicine very often at all but when i really need something for a headache or cramps this works really well and very fast acting in my opinion

These work great ! My go to Pain relievers ! I really like Exederin it works pretty fast, you can find it at almost any store ! I definetly go to these first before anything else ! Yes I always have a bottle put away !

I really like this better than Advil and Tylenol . I use this for my shins ,cramps , and headache . I'm really active so it helps for that I just think it works faster and longer

I always go for this particular brand when i have an massive headache and it always seem to get rid of it. I usually won't take anything unless I have to be somewhere in particular that day but we definitely keep some on hand.
