I use this also for tough stubborn headaches that make me not want to leave my bed! This stuff is very inexpensive and very easy to find at any local pharmacy. I love the way this works and I definitely recommend this item

Works well to relive the pain. Since this has caffeine in it you have to be aware of what time you are taking this. I have found it can keep me up at night and I am not usually sensitive to caffeine. I would buy it again.

These work well if you are not constantly taking pain pills. They definitely work, but I think it has more to do with a placebo effect. I would recommend them for MILD back pain or a mild headache, but I wouldn't go as far as "extra strength".

I love love excedrin extra strength! The caffeine + pain relief always cures my headaches and it’s a great price point! Definitely my go to product for pain relief.

I can't live without Excedrin. I get headaches frequently and it this it always there to save the day. Never leave the house without a small bottle if it.

Does the job, when other brands wont cut it. I get headaches from caffeine withdrawal quite often now that I'm cutting back on soda, these relieve the pain in as little as 15 minutes!
