What I love about this is, it works fast. I get headaches often and sometimes, nothing else works. But with this medicine 8. Am always relieved and usually I get the ones that contain caffeine to give me a boost for the day. Win win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This painkiller is good for general, dull pains. I drink a lot of caffeine, so I don't feel that it enhances the painkiller effects. I still prefer ibuprofen/acetaminophen over NSAID.

This is the best product I have found for my headaches. Teaching and small children can make your head feel like you've hit it across a brick wall all day. It was exactly what I expected. Immediate relief.
