Excedrine is the only over the counter med that helps me with headaches. They are also helpful with cramps, since they have the pain reliever plus caffeine, that way I only need to buy one.

Any time I feel a headache coming on or just all around sore I take 2 of these and within probably 20 minutes I no longer feel what was bugging me at first. A great price for something that works so great and so fast!

I love having this around for those headaches in the morning that can make you lethargic. The caffeine in these is a very good pick me up when you have aches.
