While this Excedrin Extra Strength Headache medicine did help make mine go away, I don’t know if it was any more effective than Advil for me personally. Advil is just ibuprofen and this Excedrin formula has contains acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine, so it boils down to personal preference or if you have sensitivities to certain ingredients. I think this works really well. The container is very childproof, and durable. I'd say you definitely get value for your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this Excedrin Extra Strength acetaminophen 250 mg Aspirin 250 mg (NSAID) and caffeine 65 mg pain reliever from Influenster as a sample. I was surprised to see this has the amount of caffeine in it. I appreciated that was front and center on the box because I likley wouldn’t take this pain reliever before bed. I think that amount of caffeine (since I don’t have caffeine often) would likley keep me awake. Overall the pills are not a gel or liquid. They are a typical size. Overall the product worked as expected and I’d purchase again for day time usage. Ther is no scent and the packaging is a standard aspirin type bottle.

If only they were smaller so my 16 year old would feel comfortable taking them, but other than that they are great. Cheap too in my opinion.

Only headache medication I'll use. If it's only a headache, not body, i take these. The caffeine, while not a lot really helps. Plus it works fast! I ibuprofen or acetaminophen doesnt help certain headaches I get. I've tried off brands and they just don't work for me.

I don't know what it is about them, but I've personally never found anything that works this well for a simple headache. I'm thrilled I no longer have to suffer through the generic versions.
