Excedrin Extra Strength is the only OTC medicine that takes care of not just my headaches, but also minor muscle tension. I terribly miss Excedrin Extra Strength at my local stores.

I swear by this I love this , absolutely the best thing to happen to headaches! So serious i don't know why but it definitely don't compare to Tylenol and other pain relievers when it comes to headaches I always buy this and always will

This medicine is very effective when I have a headache. There is no gross after taste and it's super reasonable in price. This works better than most pain relievers in my opinion.

These work like a charm! They work fast, and usually at least take the edge off in 30 minutes. I always, always have them in my purse, and probably always will. I take them not just for headaches, but menstural cramps and body aches, too!

My secret weapon when my head feels like it's about to split in two. Inuprofen doesn't help me, this does. Aspirin, acetaminophen, and caffeine. Clutch.
