Best headache medicine ever. I do miss the fast acting gel capsules but these do start working pretty quick. Price point is spot on with other medicines. There is no after taste after taking them

I take this on days when I have really bad headaches. Work really well. Only take them in the morning/mid day because they have caffeine. Very effective against bad headaches

I've dealt with headaches for as long and I can remember and the first thing my doctor told me to try (after sleep) was excedrin. I've never tried anything else. It works wonders and gets me through my day.

I work on a computer all day in florescent lighting and this stuff is a life saver. Most acetaminophen based medicines don't touch my headaches, but this one really knocks it out for me. I keep it on my desk at work.
