It does have caffeine in it so make sure you try not to take on an empty stomach. This is my go to medicine when my headache is severe. When regular Tylenol just won’t touch it. It begins to work for me in about 10 minutes. I always keep a small bottle on hand wherever I go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Excedrin extra strength! I’ve used it for years and it’s one of the only otc pain relievers that I only have to take once to relive any ailments. Fast and long lasting makes a difference for me.

It does what it claims to do, it takes a bit to settle in and starts working. It can last up to 6-8 hours on me, I mostly take two when my i'm cramping. I am one will work just fine but for adults, two is recommended. You are not supposed to take more than 6 in 24 hours. And please do READ the fine prints before take any pain medication for your own safety. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works quickly and helps relieve headaches fast. The packaging is compact and easy to carry, though the bottle could be more secure. It has a mild medicine scent, but it’s not too strong. A bit pricey, but worth it for how well it works!

Excedrin in relation to pain management is great. It definitely helps me feel better. The only reason it is not getting all 5 stars is because it can sometimes give me a stomach ache. I'm not sure if it's the caffeine in it or what but sometimes it makes me feel sick

I was ready to try anything and I gave the Exedrin Exrra Strength a try and was happy with it. I took one dose (2 pills) in the morning and had a great day with sinus headache relief! I will definitely be keeping this on hand all the time.

Working nights and trying to function on a day schedule means all over the place coffee times. Excedrin bridges the coffee gap to help relieve caffeine headaches that just Motrin or Tylenol cannot fix. This is always in my purse, especially for those rough days
