I used to rely on goody powders to get rid of my constant sinus headaches.... this excedrine takes my headaches away within 15 minutes ! Effective and I always keep these stocked !

I would say these aren't special. They work just as well as any other ibuprofen pain reliever drug. But it works! You can find them at any store as well. Sometimes it may be a little more expensive than the ibuprofen but still fairly cheap.

Much more effective than ibuprofen for headaches. I use it as soon as I feel an intense headache coming on. However, is less effective if taken after the headache is in full force
