They are a very good value for the money because I don't have to take more than 2 once a day. The packaging stands out with the bright green box it's easy to see on the store shelf. Easy to swallow. If you suffer from any type of headache this is definitely a good go to product. I had a headache took two of these and within an hour my headache had eased off substantially and not long after was gone completely. This is also good for arthritis and joint pain. It comes in a child-proof bottle which is excellent for families that have children. The directions are very straightforward. I highly recommend giving this product a try, it is very effective in knocking off the pain.

It contains tylenol, aspirin and caffeine, so your headache pain is addressed in multiple ways. I have never had a headache that wasn’t relieved by Excedrin- never. I just take two when I feel a headache coming on, and all pain is relieved within 30 minutes. I keep a few in my purse and in my car for emergencies.

Could someone from the Excedrin company respond to this posting please or email me. I am an RN......the same medication/ingredients and same quantities are in both ES EXCEDRIN AND EXCEDRIN MIGRAINE. Excedrin Migraine states no more than 2 caps in 24 hours, and ES Excedrin states 2 caps every 6 hours with no more than 8 caps in 24 hours.......but they both have the same amounts of acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine!!......WHAT MAKES THEM DIFFERENT?? Nothing as far as I can see. Same product in 2 different packages. What is the purpose of this and why??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been experiencing frequent headaches. Normally, anything with caffeine helps quickly. I like that these don’t have any dye or unsavory smell. Also, effective in helping with foot pain too. Definitely want to use this for headaches now instead of ibuprofen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was incredibly effective, the medicine only took about 30 minutes to cure my splitting headache. Personally I think it was an easy bottle to open but harder for children or those with mobility concerns.

She has consistent headaches and has always felt that this medication gives her the best relief compared to other over the counter medications

I don't have headaches that often but when I got one it's horrible and Excedrin is my salvation. Take away my headache no matter how strong it is the only thing that I don't like it's that I get nauseas after I take the pills even though I drink a lot of water but it is my personal experience.

If I could give Excedrin 10 Stars I would because this medicine works so well at the start of a headache or minor pain and it really does help I keep a bottle of these in my medicine cabinet at all times because you I just never know when I'll need it
