Did you know caffeine can help pain relievers work better? Excedrin extra strength tablets contains acetaminophen, aspirin, and about the same amount of caffeine that would be found in a small coffee. The caffeine helps the aspirin and acetaminophen work better, so it is what I recommend for a bad headache. If you can safely take these ingredients, and have the occasional throbbing headache, this might help you deal with Karen at work a little better :)

You don't realize how amazing Excedrin is until you've actually used it. I've always been the kind of person that avoids taking pills at all costs, I'll suffer through a headache before I'll take something for it... until now. This stuff actually works, like a dream. You'll forgot all about your headache!

If you want a pain reliever for a terrible headache then Excedrin is the only pain relief that works for me. It does have caffeine in it, however, they do make a pm version of this. Also note that if you have an intolerance or unable to take aspirin do not use this because it does have aspirin.  I definitely stand behind Excedrin!

Whenever my head is hurting really bad, I reach for Excedrin. It is an effective medication that helps me fight off the oncoming signs of a headache. I think it is affordable, and when you have a product that works, you can take the daily dosage and have it to take effect.

I don't care what anyone says. I've tried every single prescription migraine medicine there is on the market, and the only thing that works for my headaches is this. For the value you're saving so much money without having to pay for a doctor visit having a co-pay on a prescription and it's just as effective. This medicine works fast when you have a nasty headache. Whether it is tension, sinus, or a hangover headache this medicine provides quick relief with 10 minutes of taking it. The combination of medication in excedrin extra strength and fluids always does the job with even my worst headaches.

Excedrin extra strength works great for me and my family. It works quickly. Usually within about 30 minutes after taking it. This is the only extra strength headache medicine that works for me and my headaches. Excedrin also makes a tension headache medicine that works really good when you have a tension headache too.

Takes like 10 minutes to start working and the pain is gone. I use this all the time and definitely would recommend. It's affordable and it is so worth it. Be careful to eat before or after taking it because you will get nauseous on an empty stomach.

Great product. I find this one of the better ones to take when I have a killer headache. It helps me more than any others put there. My neurologist put me on tramadol after I had my stroke few years ago because my headaches were so bad, but after being on them for to long I began to have mild seizures & was having mini TIAs also so unfortunately even though they took care of the headaches & took them away they caused mini & sometimes severe seizures at times & on top of that the mini TIAs I have often I had to be taken off the Tramadol. So these right here help with my headaches better than any other over the counter medications & I can't go without them sometimes. Definitely recommend. Not to pricey either.

This is my drug of choice when I have major headaches. However, This is the same as any other Excedrin product. There is no difference in any of their products, just the label. If they are going to market for different complications, they need to change the ingredients. The same product does not work for all complications of a headache.
