It works well, and I need just one dose for me to get relief. I would just put it out there that this contains aspirin, so those on blood thinners or clotting issues should ask their Dr before taking or using it.

excedrin extra strength goes way beyond the aches and pains really something you can count on when you need it always improving products that up and beyond and are really doing great things beyond what they normally do easy to use i would recommend them

Me and my husband use Excedrin Extra Strength because it's the only over the counter medication that works, and works fast for headaches! Haven't been able to find it lately. Please hurry and put it back on the shelves. And I hope you all didn't change the formula or ingredients. It's fine just like it was. Thanks!

The caplets are easy to swallow because they have a coating on them. I find that the mixture of acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine help me quickly and let's me move on with my day.

This has a permanent spot on my desk for when things get a little too stressful and a headache begins. I can always count on Excedrin to take care of it.

I’ve been using it for so long, but as of 12/18/20, they are not what they use to be. I ordered some on line and they had a number on it vs the E. Now they have the E but smaller and do not work like they use to. Which really sucks. I won’t buy any more. They screwed up a good thing that helped a lot of ppl. How crappy
