Historically I’ve been able to alleviate my headaches with a little caffeine boost but lately they need more than that. I love that aside from the medication, Excedrin includes a dose of caffeine as well. While I haven’t taken it for anything other than headaches, I’m certain it would work with other aches and pains.

With the caffeine it contains also, it helps whenever I get a little caffeine withdrawal headache too. I will continue to buy Excedrin!

I tried the Excedrin Extra Strength and it worked as expected—my headache was gone within an hour, which was a huge relief. The combination of ingredients is clearly effective for fast pain relief. However, I did notice a slightly jittery feeling afterward, likely due to the caffeine in the formula. While this wasn’t a major issue for me, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to caffeine. Overall, I’d recommend Excedrin Extra Strength for anyone dealing with an extremely bad headache. It delivers on its promise, but be aware of the caffeine if you’re prone to jitters. thank you!!

I'm not one that has time to play with headaches, especially with work, school, and my familly. Excedrin is an asset to have, as it's the only pain reliever that knocks my husband's headaches out, and works quick when i need it to also. Forget all the other pain relievers, keep this one on you all at times, you won't be sorry. 

These pills are amazing! At first I was skeptica in trying them out but after I did it met my expectations and immediately healed my headache. I dont nomally get really bad headaches but this one time I did and It was hard for me to do anything but I took exedrin and I felt like a New person.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Literally what could be better than a free bottle of exedrin. I basically have a headache every day, so I take exedrin quite often. Works way better than Advil or Tylenol and also works faster. Has saved me from many a bad days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin Extra Strength contains 250mg Acetaminophen, 250mg Aspirin and 65mg Caffeine to deliver fast relief for headaches and pain. The pills are a decent size, not too big, which makes swallowing easy. It works well, providing pain relief for minor aches and pain but I feel the name is a bit deceptive as the dosage isn’t really “extra strong”

I have been having headaches here and there over the past few weeks, and these have come in handy. The pros are that my headache was alleviated . Cons were they didn't dissipate the pain as quickly as I have experienced in the past. However, I think this product comes in handy when needed in a clutch.

This product contains acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine to help knock out any headache! Both my husband and I both have used it and it works within about 30 min. You can take up to 8 in 24 hours but the 2 did both of us just fine for the day without having to take anymore. Theres 100 caplets so the bottle will Last a while. We don’t typically grab excedrin for a headache but their product is impressive and will be used in our household in the future.
