This product contains a combination of aspirin and acetaminophen in addition to caffeine. People with sensitivities to aspirin or caffeine should consult their physician before using. Caffeine is known to potentiate the effects of pain relieving medications. It speeds up the absorption of acetaminophen into the bloodstream and can increase the strength and effectiveness of other medications, like acetaminophen. Caffeine also blocks receptors in the body that are responsible for perceiving pain. It’s an effective OTC pain medication choice that works fast and I’d definitely purchase again.

I get headaches a certain time of the year that nothing takes the pain away but these do..I like the fact that they have 3 active ingredients all in one so you don’t have to buy all 3.. After 15 minutes after taking 2 caplets my headaches are already easing or gone.. I definitely recommend these they really do work!!!

I don’t care what anyone says. I’ve tried every single prescription migraine medicine there is on the market, and the only thing that works for my headaches is this. For the value you’re saving so much money without having to pay for a doctor visit having a co-pay on a prescription and it’s just as effective. But I am not a doctor, so do not take any medical advice from me

Nothing else works for my headaches. I don't get migraines, per say, as I wasn't officially diagnosed but a medical professional. But sometimes I just get headaches where all I want to do is lay down until it stops. Excedrine allows me to go on with my day when my head isn't feeling that great.

The caffeine, I think, in particular makes this a better product of you tend to get headaches. I don't find that the package to be very distinctive from the Excedrin regular formula, but it shouldn't be too difficult to find. It takes about 20 minutes to kick in and then your headache should be gone for the rest of the day.

The top is not easy for a kid to open which is great because of my son. It smells a little like vinegar but it not a bad smell.
