It helps with muscular aches, toothaches, arthritis, headaches, and pre-menstrual cramps. It truly is extra strength and it works fast. Excedrin will also help relieve symptoms of a cold and during this time of year, we really need that. I work out for hours and sometimes I take these for my muscle pain. They do the trick! The caps are just the right size for easy swallowing too. Excedrin has been around for so many years and has only improved over time. So grateful!! Very affordable and comes in a very well made bottle and no scent or taste to make it hard to take I highly recommend this product!

Best medicine for a headache by far! About 15 mins after taking it my headache has completely gone away. I also like you use this around the time mother nature pays her visit. It helps with cramping and of course the migraines. I would recommend this to anyone.
