I was happy to see this formulation in extra strength. The formulation with aspirin, acetaminophen, along with added caffeine, does the trick for me personally. I get better relief than using just aspirin, acetaminophen, or caffeine. For me, this is my new go-to for regular and headaches that need just a little more pain relief. From my personal experience, I would recommend this over any of the other pain relievers. It made a big difference for me!

This is my top choice when I am experiencing pain. It has not let me down. I have tried many other brands, but is the one that I trust. It works within a decent amount of time to help relieve you. It is an affordable product that I will continue to purchase.

I’ve taken this a few times over the last month and usually after taking my headache goes away within an hour. It has the childproof packaging, which is really nice.

When I feel a headache coming on, I just take a couple of these caplets and within 20-30 minutes, I'm back to my usual self. It's like a miracle in a bottle! The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine really packs a punch and tackles my pain from every angle. I always keep a bottle in my bag just in case. Highly recommend for anyone who deals with frequent headaches!

These pills have helped with severe headaches on many occasions. I find that other pills such as Tylenol and Advil do not help nearly as much. I have recommended these to many people and even taken them to other countries for people suffering from bad headaches

I like that it could be compared to Tylenol or other pain medicine and the medicine is less expensive that Tylenol. It has a fresh smell and will recommend it to have it on the go.

This product contains acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine to help knock out any headache! Both my husband and I both have used it and it works within about 30 min. You can take up to 8 in 24 hours but the 2 did both of us just fine for the day without having to take anymore. Theres 100 caplets so the bottle will Last a while. We don’t typically grab excedrin for a headache but their product is impressive and will be used in our household in the future.
