I’m quite prong to headaches and am usually an ibuprofen user. I’ve never had much luck with acetaminophen historically. So I was very pleasantly surprised at how well Excedrin Extra Strength worked for my headaches. It seems like the addition of aspirin along with a kick of caffeine is a really effective trifecta for me and I’m really happy I tried it!

It works within 10 minutes (at least for me), which is much faster than liquid-gels. When my sample is gone, I'm definitely putting this on my shopping list!

The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine typically gives noticeable relief within 20-30 minutes, and the caplets are very easy to swallow. Excedrin Extra Strength has been a staple in my medicine cabinet, and I can’t imagine being without it!

I also like that it has caffeine but not too much. So, if I get a headache at night, I can take this medication without worrying that it will keep me awake. The caplets are coated so they are easy to swallow, and they aren’t too big. This is a big bottle for the price, too. Great medication at a great price!
