For example, this has worked within 30 min for me after taking for a headache recently but then last week I had a tension headache and it did not relieve my pain at all. Overall I would recommend as long as it isn’t a tension headache.

These geltabs are good they're amazing I have used them a lot in the past when I have minor aches or major aches. They do relieve a lot of the systems they're not expensive they're available everywhere they're easy to swallow and don't leave an aftertaste in your mouth which is really important and don't make you drowsy at all which is also very good

I have tried store brands and have not had the relief from headache pain like I do when I take Excedrin. I take it at the onset of a headache and it stops the pain from becoming unbearable. It works fast and I can continue my daily routine without any down time. Excedrin is and will always be my "go to" headache relief/medication.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a effective product at relieving headaches. Give it about 30-45 to work. The caplet size is like a medium size. Not too big to swallow. Only need to take 2 every 6 hours which lasts longer than Tylenol or Advil.

The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine is very effective for me. Within 30 minutes, I usually feel much better. I also like that the caplets are easy to swallow. Definitely a must-have for headache relief!

The combo of over the counter medications is something my dental surgeon has been having me do for years - but I’ve had to take two separate medications. This is genius and oh so easy! They do not have a scent to them or a flavor which is good because it makes it easier to take. It comes with enough pills to last couple months. Overall they are worth it and they work.
