[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excedrin has saved from the worst headaches. It works fast and steady. The size of the caplets are not crazy big and they're easy to swallow for me. It's my go to medication for headaches and muscular pain.

I don't think there is a better headache reliever than Excedrin. If you told me once upon a time this product was available only over the counter I'd believe you, even today it's healing properties are next to miraculous. I've yet to suffer a general headache that the Ex can't help. Good stuff!

I have been taking Excedrin for over 50 years since I was in first grade and had frequent sinus headaches due to allergies, sinusitis and tension. Excedrin is the only medication that quickly relieves the headache pain. To this day, throughout school, work and life, I always carry at least 2 tablets with me at all times. I have recommended it to many people, and people are amazed at the results. If they ever STOP making it, I'll have to stock up with a 40 year supply. I also get a kick out of people that tell me that they only take Excedrin Migraine because Excedrin isn't strong enough. Read the active ingredients, folks! They are exactly the same product with the same active ingredients.

I won a bottle,never used it before..I'm so glad I did win now it's the only thing I use,great for work,my lady monthly problems and no stomach aches..I just had rotator cup surgery and I've lost my sleep,and because of painkillers I can't take nothing with aspirin which excedrin doesn't have so I can take this when my head is killing me...a Excedrin really is a great product and it's getting me thrue some hard times

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Excedrin Extra Strength Tablets for Headache Relief. The tablets contain acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine… which, in my opinion, is the perfect headache cocktail! Relief was quick and lasting. This is a great option for those stubborn headaches that won’t go away with just Tylenol or ibuprofen. Be forewarned, though, that there is 65mg of caffeine per tablet, so I would err on the side of caution if you’re sensitive to caffeine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is easy to open. You don't need to add too much pressure to open it. It was about 20-30 after taking it that I started to feel better. It's definitely good to have on hand. You never know when a headache is going to pop up.

In general, I respond well to medications to help with my headaches so I wouldn’t say these were better or worse than anything else I usually use. I only gave it four stars because 1) it’s not necessarily better than the generics on the market and 2) im very sensitive to caffeine so I won’t reach for these in the afternoon

This works fast to take the edge off and dull the pain, if not completely, then at least to a tolerable level. I will definitely keep these on hand
