This is what I always use for my headaches. every now and then I get really really bad ones where I have to use a prescription but this one is my go-to. You can find it at any store and it's very affordable. I used to use Tylenol and I was younger but it doesn't really work for me as much anymore.

The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine really gets the job done. My only caution is the caffeine content—it made me feel jittery. Excedrin works fast and is effective. Other medications may mask the pain from a headache but Excedrin really makes it go away.

While it may be effective, I would use strong caution on frequency as some of my patients like to take things daily, if not multiple times a day and according to this bottle, it can cause further issues!

I would just put it out there that this contains aspirin, so those on blood thinners or clotting issues should ask their Dr before taking or using it.
