I like that it has caffeine and it’s not as expensive as other “extra strength” options out there. It doesn’t really have a scent which is good and the packaging is similar to that of any other medicine bottle.

Well, the Excedrin Extra Strength Headache caplets work the same as other brands. Good for mild headache and also help with menstrual cramps and pain. If you have a strong headache, I don't think this medicine will help. The container has 100 caplets, so it will last for a long time.

I suffer from headaches when it gets close to that time of the month and also from my neck. Excedrin is a lifesaver when it comes to fast, long lasting relief! It contains 3 main ingredients that help to provide pain relief quickly and effectively. It contains acetaminophen, Aspirin, and Caffeine. You take 2 caplets every 6 hours with a full glass of water as needed for pain, but no more than 8 within a 24 hour period. As with any medicine, especially over the counter, please talk to your doctor first before taking. Overall, Excedrin is incredibly effective, fast and long lasting. I highly recommend for anyone with any aches and pains.
