[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Excedrin. It’s been my go to for a long time for migraines. Just a reminder for those who are caffeine-sensitive: beware. I can definitely feel the effects of the caffeine.

I am a migraine sufferer and have used these on multiple occasions for my migraines. Although I feel it doesn’t help once I have had a migraine for awhile but does help when I take it at the onset of one. Worth the money.

I will suffer a severe migraine about once a week from stress, and ibuprofen would never work. But, this product actually works for me immediately after taking it, and it doesn't give me a stomach ache like a lot of pain meds do.

I get migraines fairly often and this is one of the only medicines that helps at all. I take two when I feel it coming on and it usually helps the headache subside at least a little. They are a necessity in my home.

This is the ONLY thing that gets rid of my migraines. Thank the good Lord for this stuff! Haha! I have learned that as soon as I feel a migraine coming in, the earlier I take this, the quicker it works before the symptoms get too bad.
