My favorite for when I had a terrible headache. I really think the combination of aspirin acetaminophen and caffeine is like no other. I avoid taking it before 3pm due to the caffeine

As a person who gets migraines a lot, excedrin saves me. The only reason why I rate it 4 stars because it does have caffeine in it and a migraine before bed does not agree with the caffeine. It will keep me up all night

When I suffer with a migraine, the only medication that usually works for me is Excedrin Migraine. I have to keep multiple bottles to make sure when my symptoms first start I can take it and it's usually gone before it gets bad.

This doesn’t always work for me, but migraines are tricky. I don’t blame this product, but sometimes I have to take prescription strength to get rid of them or sleep. I would recommend others to try this product.

I never tried this medication before and always was taking prescription ones and the side effects are not the best. Until one day I saw this one and tried and never went back to the doctor again for migraines.

This is my got to when I have a migraine. It literally starts working in an hours time. I have used Excedrin Migraine for years. I keep in in my medicine cabinet, purse, diaper bag so I always have it near.
