It contains caffeine and I don’t usually use products with caffeine but after some research I learned caffeine is beneficial to migraine relief with acetaminophen and aspirin. However I haven’t taken it at night to know if the amount of caffeine = to 1 cup of coffee would keep me awake. No scent it’s a pill that is Odorless. The Instructions state you can only take 2 of these in a 24hr period unless directed by a doctor so that speaks to the strength of it. It comes in a standard headache medicine bottle

Caplets are good-sized and easy to swallow. Quick Migraine relief thanks to the combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine. Two caplets with a glass of water and the relief is felt quickly!
