I took two capsules with a full glass of water as directed when I felt the beginning of a migraine and with about 15-20 minutes I had zero pain the rest of the day. Unfortunately, when I received this product, before I opened the package I thought it wouldn't have caffeine, after opening it and reading the label though it DOES have caffeine. It's against my religion to eat, take or drink any caffeinated products. I also have a caffeine sensitivity. I know this medicine would work for other people though.
