It works better takng it when you just started feeling the migraine, like all the pain medication. If you take it when the headache is really bothering you it may not work that good, this is the only thing we take for migraine now. Too bad for me I'm not able to take it because of pregnancy, thankfully I haven't have bad migraines so far.

This is a must I have bottles of this everywhere I even keep a small bottle in my purse. As soon as I feel a migraine come on I take this and it really doesn take long to start working it definitely met my expectations. I use the rapid release as it doesn't take long to work

These are a must have for me when it comes to having a horrible migraine. I have tried Advil and Tylenol and those only make it worse till I vomit . With excedrin as soon as I take it I feel so much relief and feel myself again. These are very affordable as well and easy to find . They have been such a big help for me !

This is the only migraine medicine I will purchase! I don't know what the magic ingredient is but Excedrin Migraine (name brand) is the only.. and I mean ONLY product that takes away my chronic migraines. I 100% recommend this product to anyone who struggles migraine too!!

This used to be the only thing i would trust to help relieve headache pains until trying advil migraine. It still is a great product but from looking at ingredients it appears nearly identical to the excedrin extra strength recipe. Both containing caffeine and similar levels of other ingredients. Know that this will help your migraine but IMO so would the extra strength which i can usually find cheaper and in bigger sizes.
