Excedrin Migraine is the only drugstore medicine I have found that relieves me of my migraines. I sincerely don't know what I would do without it. I could have the most debilitating pain and this would ease it considerably within the hour. Just be sure to have something on your stomach before you take it! It's strong stuff.

A someone that has chronic migraines, this formula is the only OTC migraine medication that works on me. (As those of us with chronic migraine know, insurance companies do not give us the quantity of meds needed and fail to really help offset the price of alternative treatments.) I've tried all the others OTC migraine meds, store brand and name brand, and there is just something about the Excedrin Migraine formulation. As always, please do not overuse, it can be very dangerous to overuse these types of medications for long periods of times (bleeding ulcers aren't fun). BUT, this medicine has been like a gift from the divine.

I've been struggling with migraines since 2016, often when they are bad enough that I have to go to my local hospital for an iv to stop the pain. however this is the only medication that has been able to stop my migraines when it's not a particularly bad one, it's been a life saver for me and has saved me time and money.

Excedrin never fails, whether it's a headache or a migraine, this medication always comes to the rescue. I try to keep this medicine stocked in our medication cabinet because it is one that you simply just don't know when you'll need but you should have it on hand at all times just in case!

This product has saved my grades time and time again. After being in several car accidents I get frequent migraines when I'm stressed out. I get super sensitive to light and noise and I find it really hard to concentrate. I have never been let down by this product and take it several times a month. I know it's not healthy but I cannot function without it.

I have been using Excedrin migraine since I was a teenager and started getting hormonal migraines. The caffeine and other ingredients really helps bring the migraine down to a more manageable pain. I always have Excedrin migraine on hand in my car in my home and in my purse.

Anytime I have a severe headache, I reach for Excedrine Migraine. My headache is usually gone in 15 minutes or less. I don't recommend it for a slight headache because you are only supposed to take two in a 24 hour period. Also, if you are sensitive to caffeine, beware that it will sometimes make you jittery. I definitely recommend it. It's my go to headache/migraine medicine.

This product helps when I am away from home and end up having a migraine attack. It is easy to swallow and does not have a nasty aftertaste. I usually buy a small bottle in keep it in my bag for the days I forget my rescue medication. I would definitely recommend this.

Anyone who suffers from migraines has to have this on hand at all times. They work like a miracle for me. If I feel a migraine coming on this will usually knock it right out before it gets severe. I use it multiple times a month, and it never fails me. 

Doesn't actually work for migraines at least not in my experience... I have chronic migraines and I've tried these on several different occasions and they've never worked, my partner however swears by them. My conclusion? Depending on your migraines and your body's reactions to certain meds it may work it may not however it's probably going to be a dice roll.
