[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know what is in these. But this is the best medication for headaches. I've been taking these for ten years. I suffer from severe migraines, and these work better than the medication that I was prescribed by my doctor.

Generic pain medication works just as well for me when i get headaches. In the case of a true migraine though, no OTC medication is beneficial.

One of the few that actually help my migraines. It is truly amazing, i don’t get any other side effects or anything. It also works fairly fast. Will definitely continue to purchase. The price is very reasonable to me, it is amazing overall and not too strong but just enough to help you out.

Nothing else can really tame my migraine as much as these. I have tried everything and about a few times a month I get really bad migraines that are incredibly painful. They’re expensive but I don’t go through them too often for it to really be a noticeable cost.

Something that’s always handy to have in your medicine cabinet because when you need it, you’re not gonna want to drive to go get it (if you’re even able to drive with a migraine!)

SUCH A LIFESAVER!  Typically I try to take a dose within 30 minutes of feeling a migraine happening, but sometimes I am not able to.  So even waiting a bit longer this stuff is still effective.  I can go from wanting to chop my head off from pain to feeling perfect less than an hour after I take a dose.

I used the tablets when I felt a migraine coming on and they worked great. They lasted for about 6 hours of effectiveness before I felt they were wearing off. They do have caffeine so please that into account!
