Worth using when you're out of rescue (acute) medication. Doesn't make my migraines go away, but it is worth trying. Do not use a lot, as the aspirin and Tylenol can cause liver damage after prolonged use. Don't care for the safety caps... but they serve a purpose. Pricing is similar to headache powders, etc.

Personally this is my absolute favorite medication to use for my migraines. I have suffered from migraines since I was about five. I have tried to use naproxen and ibuprofen to help, but overall Excedrin is the best. I would recommend this to anyone who has had problems with extremely bad migraines. It contains caffeine so it does give you energy.

I suffer from chronic migraines. When I feel a migraine coming, I’ll take two of these and drink a glass of water. Sometimes it’s enough to prevent a migraine entirely, other times it dulls it so it’s more bearable. I feel like it is well worth the money.

Excedrin Migraine contains three active ingredients, acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine. Reach for these when you need something with a little more extra strength. I highly recommend that you keep a bottle on hand. 10/10

Every time I feel a migraine coming on I take these. You don’t even need to take two to feel relief. They do taste weird and if you don’t swallow it fast it will dissolve. The pills are also big so it is not friendly for those who are not used to swallowing big pills.
