This is my go-to migraine medication when I'm having a terrible migraine. It is more effective for me than any other migraine medication I've tried, which is impressive because my migraines can get pretty severe. What's more is I don't get any side effects and I can sleep just fine (although others who may be more sensitive to caffeine might not).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I unfortunately stuffer from mindgrains all the time. This was my first time trying this brand and product. So wasn't sure how it would work. So I took 2 capsules and felt relief very quickly and I was surprised by it. The capsules have 65 mg of caffeine as well. I have to say this is a great product. I now bring with me every where I go. I get such relief. Easy to swallow and the capsules are not big. I take my mine with water.

For an OTC (over the counter) medication, I find that Excedrin Migraine can help hold off a migraine. If I wait too long and the migraine hits, nothing OTC will help and I end up using a nasal prescription. Excedrin Migraine sits on my desk on the off chance that I can catch the migraine Excedrin Migraine before it strikes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually dont get migraines but when I do, they can be bad. At times I can treat it with some soda but there are times when that doesnt work. When it doesnt, i resort to this cause this is the only migraine med that actually works.

I liked it because I would be able to go on about my day , instead of being stuck in bed, trying to get the migraine to go away. It definitely helps so much. I would recommend it.

Excedrin migraine is one of my best friends!! As a migraine suffer I have tried it all and if I can take some Excedrin migraine as soon as I feel it coming then it will stop it in or a tracks 99% of the time! As a nurse I always recommend this to friends

I take Excedrin Migraine for my headaches all the time - nothing else, even my prescription medication, can kick a migraine like Excedrin can. Plus the prescription meds make me feel terrible for a long time after taking them. Excellent product that enhances my quality of life substantially. I also get sinus headaches and they used to make Excedrin Sinus Headache - so sad that product doesn't exist anymore! I haven't found anything else that works nearly as well for that type of headache as Excedrin Sinus did.

I get migraines often and they are awful when I do. This is the only pain reliever that makes a difference for me. Sometimes it doesn’t do much, but that’s only because my migraines can be so intense. If you get migraines ever I recommend this over other pain relief medications because it is targeted for migraines

I have had headaches all my life plus migraines. I am so glad I found Excedrin tablets about 50 years ago. In 10-12 minutes my headaches would be gone. It's reliable. Now that they've gone to making Excedrin caplets it takes longer to work, about 25 minutes. I don't know how they make caplets but I sure wish they'd go back to making tablets which works faster for me. Maybe Excedrin will consider making both types.
