It's highly effective in reducing and removing pain in my knees that gets worse in the cold winter months. It reduced my pain symptoms and some days completely removed it. There are no side effects from using this and it doesn't have a strong smell like other similar products. It's my new go to and a part of my everyday regimen

I moved recently and did a lot of lifting that made me sore. This went on without being too greasy and it lasted for a long time. The tube is tiny but it does go a long way. Highly recommend.
