I used it a a week for a little pain in my elbow and I was pleasantly surprised that the pain did subside. I think results might vary but it worked for me. Like many people with the weather cooling off it's affect my joints. This products also last longer than the lotion or cremes. I recommend this if you've been having issues getting relief. The scent is different and not necessarily in a bad way. It did take me a few doses before I got used to the smell. I didn't feel immediate relief but I could tell when it stopped working as my joints would feel stiff again. The smell is the worse thing about it but it gets manageable.
